Stockton is a player who’s taken everyone by surprise this season. 23 goals in a relegation battle is unheard of throughout world football. Morecambe would be down and out if it wasn’t for this man.

His goals are invaluable to the club and without his impact, Morecambe would’ve scored just 34 goals this season. The lowest scoring side in the league is Doncaster Rovers on 34 goals.

Those stats alone tell you how crucial he is to Morecambe. The first man on the team sheet.
